Travel needs for medical professionals

They operate a dynamic service with a professional, caring and fresh approach to travel arrangements, with 30 days credit on all business travel. They provide their clients with not only a full travel service of flights, rail, car hire and accommodation. They also arrange and advise on visas, health advice, currency to arranging conferences and group bookings, streamlining journeys across the UK and internationally.
The travel industry has changed dramatically over the last 10 years; Medical Flightline has found a niche in the market. This together with their outstanding customer service, sets them aside from others in their field.
When we asked Liz Hall, Director of Medical Flightline, what were the reasons she came to Just Cashflow. She explained to us that whilst their client base is predominantly made up of NHS trusts, she has to provide them with 30 day payment terms. She went on to explain that whilst these clients always pay, due to the complexities of the organisation, the invoices are often paid late.
Liz also explained to us, that in order to obtain the best prices for her clients, it is essential to deal direct with source, i.e. the airline, the hotel etc. These suppliers require payment within fourteen days and it is essential to ensure all suppliers are paid within the terms specified or as a travel agent you can have your IATA license revoked, resulting in the inability to trade.
It was further explained to us that the difference in the supplier and customer trading terms can sometimes result in a cash flow challenge and this is why the business approached Just Cashflow.
When asked about the Just Cashflow solution, Liz explained that the BusinessPlus Mastercard provided her business with the comfort of knowing funds are available whenever a cash flow challenge should arise.
Having the benefit of either drawing on funds to transfer to the business bank account or paying suppliers the card providers the business with the flexibility it requires. Liz explained that she had some initial concerns regarding using the service, however, she commented that on raising these concerns, Director John McLellan called her immediately. This not only resolved her queries, it also provided her with the confidence that the Directors knew exactly what was going on in their business and resolved issues promptly and professionally.
When asked about using the Just Cashflow service Liz explained to us that the application process was no problem at all. She went on to say that the process was extremely smooth and swift.
